Damp & Mould survey with an interim mould wash within 24-48 hours after completion of the survey. With an understanding of HHSRS and how that will change following Awaab's Law you will be provided with a HHSRS rating within the report.

When tenants report issues like mould, dampness, or other health risks, landlords must address these concerns within 14 days, start fixing within a further 7 days, and make emergency repairs in 24 hours. Failure to comply can lead to legal consequences, including potential fines and enforcement actions.
